IELTS Course Details

Course description:

English ChatBox IELTS Coach helps participants prepare for the Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing modules of the IELTS test. The course is priced at INR 16,500 covering all four skills and will take 42 hours to complete. Fast track your learning and ace the test by working with a native English speaker.

Understand what is required of you in the IELTS test and develop strategies to target the desired score. With our guidance and practice, our participants will develop confidence in attempting the test.

20 hours of live online classes are delivered by our expert teachers. The classes will focus on Writing and Speaking. The participants also get 22 hours of guided online study activities. These cover the Listening and Reading parts of the IELTS exam.

Before booking the course, please remember:

• The course is for those who are 18 years of age or above.
• The system attempts to match you to the appropriate course, based on your performance. To avoid disappointment, it is essential to answer this initial test, honestly.
• To be sure to select the right course based on your needs – Academic or General.

Course timings:

Our classes are run 2 hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.

Maximum class size:

Please note that we have a maximum of 20 participants per class.

Learning outcomes:

The course is designed to improve the participant’s ability to reach a higher IELTS band. However, what a participant achieves, depends on the effort they put into the course. We advise the participants to fully utilise all provided resources, complete all exercises and use our feedback to improve your fluency.

Feel prepared:

At the conclusion of the course, the participant will have gained an understanding of the four modules in the IELTS tests and what is required to achieve the targeted band. These include Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

Participants will also receive tips on how to prepare for the test. This will help the participant feel calm and confident on the test day.

Fluency:

Through the course of the training, participants will develop their fluency skills, improve their grammar and expand the range of their vocabulary.

Course structure:

The course is delivered through a combination of Live Online Classes and Online Activities.

Live online classes:

Interact with the teacher and other participants via an interactive video conference. Develop an understanding of the test format and assessment criteria for the IELTS Speaking and Writing modules. Participants will receive expert guidance from native English speaking teachers.

Online activities:

Complete 22 hours of activities, animated tutorials and skill summaries based on IELTS Listening and Reading modules. Improve test awareness, become familiar with the test format, develop strategies for the test and receive instant feedback on your progress. Study online or offline in your own time; lessons are available for download on PC’s, laptops and mobile devices. Participants will also receive individual feedback from the teacher for two writing tasks.

Levels:

We offer both Academic and General Training courses. Participants can choose between Academic and General Training courses. Participants only are accepted if their level is determined to be Intermediate or above.

Screening process:

• Each student may undergo an initial screening process to assess their strengths and areas in need of development. This will include the following.

• Observation of present and past tense usage.
• Categorising students’ attention skills.
• Connecting student’s learning preferences and rhythms to their course
  design.
• Streamlining investment: payoff ratio to efficiently reach personal IELTS goals.

In the basis of this evaluation, students are allocated to separate classes to provide the best assistance they need to excel in their courses.

Mode of delivery:

The course will be delivered online with synchronous and asynchronous delivery and course work. This will involve online lessons, chats, forums and assessments to be submitted for grading.
